The Palms boasts 245 beautiful guestrooms, individually and tastefully decorated throughout. Each room offers an uninterrupted view of the garden, ocean, or city. Rooms feature a full range of modern amenities including individually controlled air-conditioning and ceiling fans, alarm clock with CD player, two telephones with voicemail and dual data ports, cable TV with internet access and in-room safe. A fully stocked private bar and luxury spa toiletries are also provided. Room service and a full range of concierge services are offered. The lobby houses The Palm Shoppe, offering unique gifts and refreshments.
The Palms provides extensive conference and meeting facilities and a full business centre which is open 24 hours a day. Leisure facilities are also provided with the hotel boasting lush tropical gardens that connect directly to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, freshwater swimming pool, beach service with sun beds, umbrellas, towels and drinks service and an on-site fitness room. Watersports, tennis and golf are all available locally.
